The answer is BOTH.
Right now, #supplychains have an opportunity to really stand above the rest. But with that comes the area of big trouble. With everything happening now, supply chains can't keep up with demand. And there is NO time to implement software that should have already been in place.
So what can they do?
- IT needs help.
- Operations needs help.
- Drivers can't drive delivery fast enough.
And they can't stop running nor can one person LIVE at their designated supply chain 24/7 (there will be a surge of divorces).
So what to they need? RESOURCES!
There are plenty of companies out there that can help fill these necessary areas of allocating resources during this time.
They may not be selling software, but their resources & expertise can help carry the load.
What I love about supply chain is that, we have the resources & the talent. So now is the time to unite. Those that implement certain software, can now offer resources to those IT & Operations teams to help carry the load.
I am connected to A LOT of people in this space. From Operations to IT to Logistics to Transportation to Software Vendors to Consulting Firms.
My offer is this: IF YOU NEED RESOURCES BUT DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHERE TO LOOK, REACH OUT TO ME NOW!
I know there is specifics you need. Specific experts in specific technology. So you need those experts now! You need drivers, warehouse workers, customer service reps, etc.
Just email me in the subject line: HELP and tell me what you need. I'll do my due diligence along with my team to get you the right help needed now. And if we can carry a load, then we will.
