We then develop a customized process improvement plan & strategy.
This is specific to each company & there are no templates or cookie cutter practices within ReShift. Each company is unique & we develop these improvements, based on where it is needed and to connect the flow.
EXECUTE ON PROCESS PLAN
Now that the areas of improvement are found, analyzed & plan is developed. The last step is executing on the process improvement plan.
We walk each company through the process and don't simply hand over & have them try to "figure it out." A company's success is our goal.
